Slave Labor processing Shrimp

Hmm, perhaps we are all hedonists at heart...

Refusing to buy shrimp from Thailand won't help the problem. The big guns who import are the ones to address it. the Thai government isn't enforcing its own laws..and migrants from poor countries are working these mills. It sounds almost like a cottage industry.

I read one Thai businessman decided to open a processing plant that paid all the same but it was going to cost five million...well, I hope the big guns will pay more for his shrimp and gradually force these other despicable outfits out of business.

I hope this works and puts a big dent in the suppliers that use slave labor.
