I made this recipe yesterday. So simple, and my husband LOVED it. Did not think he would. For the mustard I used some spicy brown horseradish mustard I had on hand, and it gave it a nice flavor.

Ingredients

  • Ground turkey (one pound, cooked)
2 cans condensed tomato soup, undiluted
    2 cups uncooked macaroni
1 can (16 oz) corn, drained
1/2 cup chopped onion (or use minced onion)
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
    2 TBSP ketchup
    1 TBSP mustard
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Brown ground turkey and transfer to slow cooker.

Add soup, , corn, onion, mushrooms, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to slow cooker. Stir to blend.

Cover, cook on LOW 7 to 9 hours or on HIGH 3 to 4 hours.
****Cook the macaroni, and add it for the last 45 minutes to an hour.*****

LOL, another great thing ab out this forum. My husband asked if I would make this recipe again, as I had not made it in a while. But I could not find it to save my life, needed to remember the cooking time. I then remembered I had posted it here. Looked through my old posts, and here it is YAY for me, and for the Senior forums

Just bumping this up as my husband was asking me about this recipe and wanted me to make it. Could not remember the name, but knew I had posted it here. Just bumping it for newer members
