So many businesses ask - How was your experience with us?

And it's most often the business that disappoint the most. American Airlines sends me a survey after almost every flight and even if I tell them I missed my connection due to a delay with no updates from their staff it will most likely happen again the next time. They want to pretend they care about their customers' experience.

I was once surprised. I frequently use The Parking Spot, park my car at their location and take a van to the airport. It is usually a very seamless experience but it was anything but one time. I shared my experience and they credited my bill!

I am pretty tired of receiving surveys from 50% of the companies I do business with.

You know this stickers on the back of trucks and delivery vehicles which say ''How's my driving''.. and a nmber to call if they've caused a problem...

Well I never rang any of these numbers , I never had any real reason to do it.... but one day a sign written van literally pushed me off the motorway in a case of road rage , fortunately I came to no harm, but when I saw that van again..I rang the number on the back to complain.. guess who answered?...the driver of the van... !!:oops:

I am sure he took note of your issue and changed his ways. Not. 😄

you can be sure he didn't.... because when he answered the phone...I was thinking it was someone at the company office, so I said I needed to make a complaint about one of their drivers who in an act of road rage..etc... and that's as far as I got.. when he said... '' You're that effing cow.. in the transit van...eff off...'' ...that's how I knew it was the driver.... and how I also know he was not going to change his ways!

at our hospital and clinic i often feel harassed because after a visit or stay they first send a text message asking about my experience. if i don't respond a bot calls me to ask if i will answer questions. if that doesn't work they email me. i think it's too much. if i don't answer the first time, leave me be.

Sometimes it isn't even the company you've dealt with that is seeking feedback concerning your experience.
It's a company that has been hired to collect that type feedback and submit it to the company you've dealt with.
Just another entity looking to gain personal information it can exploit.
I ignore all surveys and solicitation of feedback regarding anything to do with business interaction.
If contacted digitally, I simply delete it without clicking on anything or unsubscribing.
I do not get tons of email a day, so that isn't a problem or even an annoyance. Just click delete and buh-bye.
If it's an MMS on my phone ... delete without response and sometimes report as spam and block the number.
YMMV

I don't really understand why they ask that. Like others have suggested, it feels like it's there to make me feel better about them, but has nothing to do with their business model.
