So What Are You Looking Forward To Today?

Getting jabbed...it’ll be the furthest I’ve been from home in months!
Oh....and staying local rather than home...what’s the difference?

To the pharmacy calling me with an appointment for the vaccine. To warm weather and taking longer walks. To getting the stimulus check.

I'm looking forward to the Kids first day back at school after many long months.. it's the start of our return to normality.... one more month now and hospitality, ..cafe's restaurants and pubs will re-open, if only for outside service.
Reports suggest our barbers, hairdressers and all shops will be open from Monday.
But it is also suggested this will come with a five mile travel restriction making it difficult to get to the shops!

I was just going to say , half of England will be descending on Wales , because none of our hairdressers are opening until goodness knows when... possibly May is what they're saying.. but a 5 mile radius?..no chance getting there then... You're obviously further than 5 miles away from the shops then

The out of town ones.....I haven’t been in a major supermarket in over a year....

Oh I go to the supermarket, masked up etc.. it's all set up to keep people six feet apart at the checkouts etc. with trolley and hand disinfectants at the door, so it's quite safe .. If I didn't go to the supermarkets I'd go stark raving mad because nothing else is open...
I use the small ones like Heron Foods and amazing what you can get in Home Bargains and Poundland. And I’m always there for 8am.
plus I have a delivery every so often from Iceland.
But I hate wearing a mask and having to potentially join a queue to get in somewhere. And I won’t go near a big supermarket until normality.

Going to the garden center...finally got the brick patio out back finished good enough to move the table and chairs
back on it. Now its time to get some spring plants. Hope you'all have a great day doing what you love to do!

I'm in the same frame of mind @Liberty.
I only have a patio to do any small type of gardening on, but I do my best at buying new plants every spring. I went last week and picked up four small potted plants, and also a new hanging fern. So nice.
I'm thinking hard about getting a miniature fruit tree (lemon, orange) of some sort for the corner of the patio. Not sure about that yet.
