Some nursing homes are illegally evicting elderly and disabled residents who can't afford to pay.

I always assumed medicare/medicaid picked up the tab once a tenant's/patient's funds ran out. Horrifying.

Not that these were the factors or case yet it's more motivation to take aggessively take control of ones health and fitness as they age. Not all can do it but it should be a motivator for those that can.
