Some see Mangione as a hero?

A hero would have called the guy out of the bar and told him to show up in the street at high noon for a shootout. That would still be against the law, but at least he couldn't be a murderer in a fair fight. We could then judge which one was the real low down'd yella belly, and make way for the undertaker to take his coffin measurements. By then, Mangione would be on the stage heading out of town and things could go back to normal in Deadwood since the judge was over in Star City this month.
