Some things that I believe in

I think--I dislike the words "believe" or "belief"--that coincidences are the most prevalent thing in the universe.

I believe everyone has belief in something. Of course everyone believes that certain things are true when they are directly observable or somehow verifiable. But we all have an internal framework for what we will accept about the world, whether or not we know what that is. However we come to believe in certain things which are neither directly observable nor verifiable scientifically or by reason, these foundational beliefs shape our personal reality and what we will take notice of. They can also limit or expand our satisfaction with life.

I believe in the value of reflection and intuition, that there are depths to who and what we are that are not always readily at our disposal, but which we can access with patience and an open mind.

I believe it nobody sold me,
I believe it nobody told me,
I believe in someone to hold me.
I believe in love,
I believe I'm feeling good.
I'm feeling good.

Kenny Loggins
