All so very true! No seat belts, unlocked doors for house and car. I remember swimming in brown water swap in So Louisiana. "God looks out for children and fools" I always say..and in this case, no water moccasins bothered us...

When I was in elementary school, I did something very bad. So, my teacher gave me 20 straps on my left hand and then another 20 on my right hand. Did I cry to "mommy and daddy?" No, I was a bad little boy and I deserved it but you know I grew up and I know right from wrong.

Sometimes, I wonder, with all the cuddling going by parents, teachers and our government why there is so much violence and mass shootings? There is something very wrong with our society but since no one will admit it and try to find out what is wrong, the violence and the mass shootings will go on and on.

There may be other factors to look at. Ever wonder why the military uses video to dull the senses and make killing palatable?
