Portobello Mushrooms...are the steaks of the mushroom family.

Clean mushrooms; remove stems.
Place mushroom caps gill-side up on medium-high heat about 5 minutes.

Since we have a veranda , we grill in all weather and seasons of the year. It doesn’t matter if it’s raining or snowing.

Tonight we had grilled BBQ ribs with baked potatoes with butter, cheese and relish along with corn on the cob. It was good.

Grills just wanna have fun.
 

Have not had these in ages. They are good. Many years ago, when the East coast had a power failure I took a batch of chicken breasts (bone in) and grilled them outside. Several neighbors came over with other foods and we had a spontaneous picnic
