Yes. Michelle sometimes uses it to make sandwich wraps. I like it okay, but it's dry, so I need plenty of mayo on mine. And I think that defeats the purpose, which is a low-calorie sandwich (I assume).

Seen it , bought it, ate it, liked it.

Until I recently watched a documentary on Scotland ( Amazon Prime, I think) I never realized how many lochs the country has. I knew it had some, but not that many!
More than 30,000 fresh water lochs.

Naan is an Indian flatbread made from wheat dough, which is traditionally baked against the side of a tandoor oven and then coated with ghee (clarified butter). It is often served as a side dish to curries and other main meals.
Naan is leavened, oven baked flatbread, it resembles pita bread but unlike pita, it has yogurt, milk, sometimes eggs or butter which makes it softer than the pita bread.
Try it by ordering it in an Asian/Indian restaurant, you will be surprised how delicate and soft it is.

Sorry about the input on Scotland. I misread the thread title and thought you were asking in general about something we had recently learned that we previously didn’t know.
i now understand you were only referring to naan.

I see it in the grocery store, but it’s a little too spendy compared to other options.

I’m fascinated about the traditional method of baking naan.

I like all kinds of bread, except sourdough, and anything that may have sour cream in it. I've not tried naan, but I already know I'd like it.
