I have read a lot about it & it is said to be some kind of glitch in an update for Windows 10 and I have Windows 11. I have tried a lot to get rid of it but can not. I am not that smart when it comes to computers. I am on a public Wi-Fi and it is sometimes worse in the evenings when more people would be around. I figure it is from an App called Last Pass and had nothing to do with it. It just turned up! If anyone can help I sure would appreciate some help!
