So, I went crazy and bought two tablets with phone capabilities. Why 2? Why not!. Anyway I got them charged up and then spent 4 hours trying to get the celluar service to connect.
Reboot, reset, reset, hard reset, reset I was getting close to animal sacrifice to dark lords when I thought "Why not do as they instruct?"
Which was for you to start the computer, let it greet you THEN insert SIM chip. Well, birds sang, clouds parted and ancient gods cried as it worked!
(Sigh) Getting older, but not wiser.
