It appears that there is a move in this Administration to enter disabled Seniors, with representative payees, into the NCIS system, so they cannot buy firearms. That is surely good news as it may put a halt to all the old geezers roaming around the malls and casinos, in their wheelchairs and power scooters...and shooting up the place.
