Anyone watch any of the FIVE Republican rebuttals to the SOTU address? I caught the official one by Ernst.. So... she road the school bus with plastic bread bags on her feet.. ((((yawn)))) more of the same Republican double talk.. AND of course the obligatory "repeal and replace" Obama care rhetoric. SO... I get the "repeal" part Joanie..... NOW will you PLEASE outline the "Replace" thing?
