This is his appeal from his convictions, but gee, he knew his rights?? Now, he claims to know the Law, but does not even know how to file a Jurisdictional appeal? He was ordered to pay for the cost of his appeal, good! This is a 2015-2017 case, but still on YT.
"What crime have I been suspected of committing. According to People v. Battle a traffic infraction is not a crime. Where is the Corpus Delicti (is she for real). According to the Blacks law dictionary, for a crime to be committed, there must be an injured party, where is the injured party? There has been no crime committed. If no crime has been committed, I do not have to show you my license.
People v. Battle. Summary, what is the definition of crime? Whether she is correct or not on the classification, ANY violation of law provides grounds to pull her over. It appears the dispute here about the classification is whether there is a right to a Jury trial. People like this make the job of the police more difficult.
This one is hilarious due to the commentary. She claims they have only 15 minutes to complete the stop, WRONG. They are permitted to last as is necessary to conclude the purpose of the stop. One case they had in Ohio once was where the Appeals court upheld an investigative detention that lasted 45 minutes. That is because the "specific" facts warranted it. She does not consent to the stop, you will here that alot!
"I have the right to remain silent". Ok, shut up then and give the officer your DL.
