SpaceX catches booster rocket with “Chopstix”

I am beginning to think we will see people on Mars within my lifetime.

Here’s an interesting quote that goes beyond the simple engineering accomplishments.

It needs to be understood that what Musk and his team are doing is not just creating a revolutionary launch system. They are proving a larger point: It is possible for a well-led, entrepreneurial team to do things that, previously, it was thought only major-power governments could do, and that such a team could do them in one-third of the time, at one-tenth the cost, and even accomplish things that had been deemed impossible altogether.

Oh, wow. A lot. (Edited above to read and other defense weapons)

Anduril Newsroom and it's pretty easy to scroll through and see their defense contracts for different products.

Palantir 's is easier to see if you search "contracts" on their site.

There are also tons of news stories about their DOD contracts, some of which they partner in.

Another to watch is Ares Industries
