Not many people of Irish descent in this part of the country but that doesn’t stop them from using it as one more opportunity to get smashed. I’m actually 1/4 Irish. Enjoyed watching the Pgh Pa St Patrick’s parade on line last Saturday. All ages having fun.

My wonderful, wise Irish/Welsh Father told me "You must plant a potato on St. Patrick's Day, before midnight, to have good luck all through the year!"
