I bought 2 packages of corned beef today, for St. Patrick's Day. And, a head of cabbage.

Happy St Patrick's Day. The day hubby and I met 39 years ago. Sadly, my first without him.

Believe in the luck of the Irish, met myself a Scotsman. No any better luck!

I have never had it but is does look tasty. I had no idea what it was until recently when I saw it discussed on a blog. Mashed potatoes with cabbage, right? I think it may also call for onions.
