Starting physical therapy

Xray showed lumbar spinal bone spurs and calcium deposits. I have a history of orthopedic foot and back problems since my twenties. It's not unusual for our bodies to deteriorate especially over time but nonetheless it is disappointing when it happens.

I have had PT a couple of times, always found it helpful, but mostly if the exercises were kept up.
