When we moved here, in our current home. We downgraded from oil drum type BBQ grill to rectangular portable wonderful wee grill about two years ago.
I like adding mesquite chips to the charcoal, so it's great for chicken, beef and in particular ribs. However, due to the lack of cover, not great for baked potatoes.
As it's not been used for two summers now, I need to invest in new fresh charcoal and hopefully find a small bag of flavourful chips for next year. Fingers crossed!
