LOL. It's "Beautiful" 'cuz it feels so warm & fuzzy (and makes him money).
I did a little reading about the author. He has an excellent understanding of knowing what to say to make people feel good - it sells books & fills the seats in his motivational talks. "Tell 'em what they want to hear." And, ain't it interesting that he's a physical fitness buff & athlete himself, while he tells people (especially women) they shouldn't be concerned about their weight?
 
I haven't got a scale, but that is fine.
