Strange: Disney/Hulu Bundle Was Only Accessible via My Tablet. Why?

I saw an page for the Disney+/Hulu+ no ads bundle for $19.99 just before the new year. My son was going to resubscribe to Disney+ and I already had Hulu+. I suggested that we wait until Jan 3rd to sign up for the bundle which would save us (collectively)$132 a year. He got around to signing up last night, but when we looked on our computers, the only bundles available were Disney/Hulu/ESPN ($26+) or Disney/Hulu/Max ($32), neither of which we wanted. I used two different browsers...same thing.

I went to Hulu's site as well, no duo bundle wasn't showing there either. I had cancelled my Hulu subscription already and received an email with a link to reactivate the subscription if I wanted. I was up in the middle of the night as usual and started to reactivate using my tablet. Something told me to check Disney's site one more time. Lo and behold, the Disney/Hulu bundle was there! Of course I jumped on it. I don't understand how or why that happened.

These sorts of things can be exasperating. Moreover, there's no real effective way, that I'm aware of, to track down what causes issues like this.

"I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was going to blame it on you."
