Strawberry Yogurt Pie

2 8oz Strawberry Yogurt {Ive used regular I prefer Greek yogurt}
1 8oz Coolwhip thawed
2 cups Strawberries chopped and well sweetened {large 16oz box}
1 premade large Graham Cracker Crust

Stir Yogurt gently into Coolwhip. Fold in Strawberries.
Spoon into crust. Makes one pie.
Garnish with Coolwhip and extra Strawberries if desired.
Freeze for four hours or more. Less if serving that day.

Keep in freezer till ready to serve. Thaw and serve.
Leftovers can be refrigerated but crust can get soggy.

Note
Other flavors will work with tweaks. I like strawberry the best.
I decorate mine with strawberry fans.

I wonder what this would be like if you made it without the pie crust?
Its fine without. I have BTDT. Looks more "presentable" with the crust and the garnishes.

Heres an even lazier dessert. No cook. If youre really lazy you can eat it out of the bowl. BTDT. :D
Mix one tub of Cool whip with one can of pie filling.
I have tried lemon, cherry, and blackberry. Cant say for any others.
If you want to be fancy serve with crushed sugar or butter cookies.
Presentation is everything. Plop it in a fancy glass and add a garnish and people will think you slaved. :D

Hello Veronica and fellow pie lovers!
I just saw your recipe for Strawberry Yogurt Pie with Graham Cracker Crust, what a brilliant idea for hot days! The instructions are clear and simple:
  • Mix 2 × 8 oz strawberry yogurt (Greek or regular) with 8 oz thawed Cool Whip.
  • Gently fold in 2 cups of well‑sweetened, chopped strawberries.
  • Spoon it all into a large prebaked graham cracker crust.
  • Freeze for 4 hours or more, and keep it in the freezer until serving. Let it thaw a bit before slicing!
I love how flexible and refreshing it is, and I especially like how you suggest decorating with strawberry fans.
Just for fun, I tried a twist adding a swirl of chocolate yogurt to half the filling before freezing. It turned into a Strawberry-Choco Swirl Yogurt Pie with a delightfully marbled look and subtle chocolate hint. The flavor combo was unexpectedly good, perfect for those who crave a little extra indulgence!
Have you ever experimented with other flavors or mix-ins? I wonder how it would taste with raspberry swirl, lemon zest, or even a dollop of fruit mousse.
Thanks again for sharing such a cool summer treat, it’s definitely going into my go-to dessert collection.

I thought you might also enjoy a lovely twist if you're feeling creative, try topping it with Strawberry-Fig Jam for a deep, fruity richness.
I adapted a simple version from this recipe: it adds an unexpectedly delicious flavor layer that could elevate the whole dessert. What do you think?”
That sounds interesting. I never considered mixing the two.
