Streaming problems with CBS all access and Roku?

I'm just curious is there anyone who has encountered streaming problems while watching a program on CBS all access?
With me sometimes a show, (like Blue Bloods or Criminal Minds), will run for a few minutes and then the picture will freeze and the audio will keep going... and if you don't FF it it will crash the Roku. I don't have any problem with other streaming services like the Roku channel or Amazon just CBS all access.

Let me know if you have had this problem and have found a way to fix it
......and yes I have reset both the modem, router and Roku systems.

I had streaming problems with All Access CBS--on a few shows I watched--seemed like interference but I don't know what it was. I stopped subscribing to them and now use my Broadcast TV antenna. Sometimes I get CBS on there and sometimes it won't come in. Right now it's working.
 
Roku recently reformatted their programming, transferring most of the free channels to "listings" instead of the icons being the only way to access them. Maybe this caused some broadcast interference. I found that after lowering my antenna about 10 inches - an indoor antenna that's attached to a window on a west wall - all the channels I had trouble with came through just fine, and are now in "listings"...channels 120 to 800-something.
 

I apologize for the typo. I am thankful I do not watch television. I have a garden and many other things to fill my time. What is a Roku?

Roku is a streaming stick, or in my case, a whole TV with the streaming built-in. It requires an internet connection, which is the only service I have now through my cable company. With the Roku and an indoor antenna, I don't have to pay for television programming that I rarely watch. My grandkids and my former foster son watch when they visit, and on Roku they can watch youtube, and channels like Happy Kids TV, Cocomelon, and Disney and stuff.
 
We have an Amazon Firestick (same concept as Roku) and have no problems as long as you have a good WiFi connection.

My son has told me to upgrade my decade old Roku but if it was the Roku that is causing the problem why not on other streeming services like Amazon and others? Thanks for the info my Roku signal comes in through my Grande internet connection.

imagine watching a great (well maybe good) police drama and having to FF a tiny bit every minute or so...Grrrr I quit CBS all access twice already but it has a number of shows no available anywhere else.

It was a temporary interruption, and when I "scanned for channels" the problem resolved. This only happened on Roku because they changed their format.
