I've got lemon cheesecake ice cream and blueberry swirl ice cream in my freezer right now and a coupon for 50 cents off the next half gallon. I have to hurry up and eat what I've got before the coupon expire so maybe a serving of each this evening in honor of this auspicious day.

I had a ''Feast'' this afternoon

... I have several in the freezer, along with Dark chocolate ice lollies,

and strawberry split Ice lollies

...and a big box of Hazelnut and chocolate Cornettos..

.. and a tub of Haagen Dazs strawberry and cream ice cream.. which is possibly the most delicious thing on earth..

...and because we're going to have the hottest day in history tomorrow.. 104 deg f... I'm not sharing with you all...
