There’s loads of onion in there @Aunt Marg, don’t know why it’s not visible in that shot. We always cook with an abundance of onion and garlic.

There’s also beef, potatoes, turnips, parsnips, mushrooms, carrots, garlic, green onion...I think I might have forgotten a couple ingredients. He just kept going to the fridge to get something else to chop up and throw in there.

I put fresh garlic in my stew as well, and then upon serving, dear husband loves a little teriyaki sauce in his.
