Do you mean Grand Strand? I am a devout fan of Myrtle Beach and of South Carolina in general. We used to go to an oceanfront resort in Myrtle Beach every year during high school and college, and I continued that tradition after I got married and even a couple of times after the divorce. I love the ocean and get antsy if I don't get to it every few years.

We normally get to MB Aug each year to camp out with DW family. Not my favorite. Rather go to Edisto

Same here, @hearlady; it's the first thing that came to mind. I'm sure the people of Edisto aren't thrilled with that.
