A possible explanation. I've often asked myself what causes body dysmorphia. Perhaps some trauma in early childhood?
Although others may strongly disagree I think it is possible that there is something in common in body dysmorphia and gender dysphoria, since in both these people wish that completely healthy parts of the body get amputated.

After reading this news account I saw two different stories about teens who used machetes to kill other teens from accounts being reported from the same court system.
Looks like most of these cases are tried at the Old Bailey.
Looks like a lot of cases are tried at the Old Bailey because it is a big part of the justice system around London.

Actually, The Old Bailey is the Central Criminal Court of England and Wales. Courts in and around the street it is on have been there since the 16th century!
