Sweaty Under My Breasts

It's yeast. You can use a power but if you get redness, get Miconazole medicated powder. Kills yeast.
YES! I have some and I'll use it now. I have the cream. I forgot all about that. I have used it in the past. THANK YOU💙

Ok, I'm not trying to be funny or cute but I have a question that's bugged me for some time. Back in the late '60s and much of the '70s, it was fashionable to "ditch the bras". But for the last few decades, that trend has reversed itself. What happened?

Well, for a lot of us who participated in the "no bra" movement in the 70's, gravity has not been kind to us. Not kind at all.

Is there such a thing as a comfortable bra?
Yes, you can get very comfortable sleep bras. I always say some support is important.
My main rule is make sure to dry well under the breasts. A rash can be so uncomfortable, then some vaseline helps, as with skin problems on any part of the body.

Over the many years that humans have lived on earth, we have already solved this problem...the answer is wearing a bra!

By the way, your question is one that I prefer not to see...

I'm a guy but have also been an endurance athlete in my past life. I used this stuff for many years to prevent chaffing and sweat rash, in my groan area when I was doing long bicycle rides and on my nipples when I was a runner. (Yes guys get nipple chaffing when we run!)

May be worth a try for you, inexpensive and will last all day.20240729_171251.jpg

I have to apologize. I may have mocked this thread a teeny tiny bit 😏 however I didn't realize this was such an issue for so many.
Maybe being "less endowed" has its advantages.
I hope you and those suffering find relief from your thread @Vanessa2U .
Being less endowed definitely has its advantages. My biggest mistake was buying double lined padded exercise bras. I powerwalk which is close to joking.

Way too much material that would roll up. I went back to wearing my flimsy light bras, problem disappeared. I’m going to chuck all my exercise bras out. They are horrible.( for me ).

As I said in another thread I hate wearing bras and I've always hated wearing bras so now that I'm retired I don't wear bras.
But here now in the summer I sweat under my breast and then they get a rash. What could I place underneath them to absorb the sweat? Maybe a kotex? 🥴
I take frequent showers but I still sweat. Anyone else have this problem?
I only wear one when I go out and about so I dont traumatize people. At home I wear a cotton tank top. Tuck it under the boobs and gather up the excess material at the bottom with a rubber band/hair tie. Remember in the 80's when we did this to our tshirts. Im old and hot so I wear a tank but if youre cold do a tshirt. Just make sure theyre 100 cotton.

During the day I wear a bra with wires to hold things up. I used to go without a bra when I put my pjs on but I get a bad rash if I do that. So now I sleep in a sports bra. Except for the shower I’m never bra less anymore which sucks.

Cotton a good natural material but so is rayon which is made from bamboo.

They say lotion shouldn't be used because it holds the sweat and may cause fungus growth. Maybe try aloe or a soothing astringent like witch hazel.
