Sweet and Spicy Mustard

5T dry mustard
1/2 cup sugar
1Tflour
1/2 tsp salt
cayenne pepper to taste
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup vinegar
1T butter

Combine mustard, flour, salt, cayenne pepper in top of double boiler. Add eggs and vinegar, blending thoroughly. Cook, stirring constantly until
thickened. Add butter and stir until melted.

Cool and refrigerate

This is great on a ham sandwich!
