Syncing on movies often bad

I watch many FREE movies to keep my mind busy. Problem: since I'm deaf, I can't make heads nor tails of what film actors are saying, So, i must rely on C.C. BUT quite often the syncing is very, very bad. It is common for the sync to be 30-45 seconds ahead of or behind the actors talking.

Not only that but many movies have computerized captioning and computers often get the words wrong. And sometimes entire sentences wrong

I have noticed this. I am not deaf but hearing is getting less & less. I use C.C. because it's hard to make out some words!
