something is up over there and I feel its not gonna be good. we are getting back in the pi. we are patrolling the south china sea more. the chinese are building islands like crazy. they are increasing their military like crazy. last I read they have more ships in their navy than we do. if they are not making a threat why do you need these.

Don't like reading the news stories about the quiet build-up of activity around the island.
Taiwanese troops are training in Michigan.

And China has been circling US submarines .... trying to tighten their noose and show control.

There could be a little intimidation going on at this point. Doing flyovers is like saying "We know where you are, so don't bother trying to hide."

China definitely holds an edge (a big edge) on air and sea superiority over Taiwan. Even with boots on the ground, China has the largest Army in the world.
