I buried a time capsule once when I was a kid of about 12. I buried it in one of our fields at my childhood home. I wonder if it was ever dug up?

Interesting! What did you put in it?

I don't remember ever burying anything, unless it was dead:confused: Would have been cool to bury something, and dig it up now, I mean if it was not something dead:(

We buried a time capsule at our high school upon graduation in 1965. To this day, nobody knows where it is!!!

Don't feel bad...Steve Jobs and his techies couldn't find theirs (#2) either. (The most interesting object would likely be the 'Lisa' mouse placed in the tube by the hands of a then-28-year-old Jobs. The Lisa Mouse, which Jobs named after his daughter, was one of the first commercial computer mice soled publicly, making it a rarity at the time.)

When I was in the 6th grade, our teacher helped us prepare one. Buried it in the schoolyard. Long after, the school was turned into a community center, teacher passed away, and I never heard anything about the time capsule being dug up.
