TechDrive Support help needed

Sorry for going off topic, but who's ratings do you trust more, Nate, yelp's or google's? Or do you think it even matters?

I don't know, about the same I guess. Of course fake ratings are always out there so...

Has anyone had any dealings with TechDrive Support? I can’t decide if they are legitimate.

What I am seeing when Googling them they are legit but have low reviews on service. I am also seeing it is not a BBB accredited business so buyer beware.
