Tell Us About Your Coffee!

Instant coffee as of late. LOL
Hot water, a cup, and a little packet.

I don't see how these really differ from all the pod coffee machines.

I used to grind all my coffee by hand, trying to eliminate all plastics, but in the end the instant coffee seemed like a good alternative.

I liked Maxwell House Original Roast Ground Coffee Medium.
Drip coffee maker, or I would heat water in the microwave, pour it over a filtered funnel in a large mug to make one cup.
Can not remember the best coffee I ever had.

I stopped drinking coffee about 2 years ago because the caffeine made me feel like I was having a heart attack.
My Son had to peel me off the wall. It upset him.
I won't drink decaffeinated coffee. If it does not have a kick to it ,I do not want it.

I do love my decaffeinated herbal teas though. All different kinds.

I would Love to have a cup of coffee!
:coffee: or 🍵

I have a basic Keurig machine that I purchased after a review and endorsement by @katlupe, I trust her research on such things.

The best coffee I've ever had was the Jamaica Blue Mountain Coffee.
Daily, I am now using Maxwell House half caff/half decaff. I seem to have problems digesting stronger coffe.

Nescafe Rich Blend. My mom got me hooked at around age 14 and here I am almost 50 years later still drinking it. 😊
But the amount I put in my cup, my wife can make 3 .
Only other coffee I can drink is espresso, everything else is just too weak.
Oh and only one a day, first thing in the morning.

Out and about the good cafes etc use beans from either Atkinson's of Lancaster or Farrer's of Kendal. Both nice but I prefer Farrer's.

At home I have a DeLonghi Espresso machine - with grinder that I fill with Farrer's No2 beans. A 1kg bag lasts me about a month.

That’s my favourite coffee too. I drank that while in Jamaica vacationing
@PeppermintPatty
We use a cone with a paper filter.
We’ve used that method before also. It’s fairly simple to use.

^^^^^^ Ditto on Lewkat
A little cafe in town called Irish Cafe has coffee I die for but to buy a bag is too costly.
So I go there at times to treat myself and savor the taste of it on their outdoor patio.
And have an Avocado toast. Too much of a great thing makes it average.

I am just using a single cup coffee maker and mostly just have 1-2 cups first thing in the morning, but in the summer, I also make iced coffee sometimes, and I use instant coffee for that because it is simple and fast to make that way.
I miss having a percolator, and have been really thinking about getting a small electric one, but I am just not sure that I would drink all of the pot if I made one, so just making each cup is working better for me.
I use ground coffee and prefer a light roast. Right now, I have been drinking the Four Sigmatic Focus coffee, which has mushroom extract in it to help with no brain fog and better energy.
