A tenant who threw parties during the last year was sued for almost $300K in damages. Apparently turned his apartment into a club and/or threw parties that left almost $150K in property damage alone. Also there was unpaid rent, fines, fees etc.

Is there an award or something for throwing the most or wildest parties? This is a perfect example of why many a landlord views the tenant as the enemy and/or assume renters don't give a hoot. Also shows why these younger generations can get tagged as useless, selfish etc. The tenant is posing with bottles of alcohol like it's an accomplishment or something.
This just doesn't affect luxury landlords either. There are tenants like this in many lower cost apartment buildings. The constant party thrower. What a pos.
