doing you "add to the story" type games.
My youngest gr-D and I will begin our own version on her tablet beginning tonight.
Every Monday night we have a date to play.
Her Mom put her on KIDS FB and all I was getting was silly emoji's and hardly any typing.
I know she can write and spell so with Dad listening I asked her to play that game with me
once a week where she begins the story, I add to it (to entice her to use words). We were
on video chat and Dad was sticking his Thumbs Up behind her head :ROFLMAO: I always encouraged
her to use that fabulous imagination she has and this will help me big time to continue to do that.
So thank you, you help in ways you have no idea to bring and keep people in touch.
I would never have thought of this on my own.

When I was in elementary school, a writing/grammar game came out that
our class used A Lot. It wasn't really created for use in the way that we played it,
but the teacher let us use it because we were in an "Open Class" type of setting...
I think that it was kinda' new at that time period. Anyway, it was called "Mad Libs"
and it was (very) short stories that had blank spaces throughout it that called for
the reader/players to come up with a noun, adjective, verb, adverb, etc., whatever
was indicated in small type underneath the blank space.
We always went with swear/curse words and otherwise raunchy language... we thought
that it was a blast!
Your game sounds much better... yay you for helping the kids learn in a creative way!!
