Thanksgiving recipes you can make in advance

As I mentioned about a week ago, my "make-in-advance" recipe(s) this year consist of the pre-made Thanksgiving dinner from Cracker Barrel. Best idea since sliced bread.

We usually get a Cajun fried turkey at the meat market near us that are to die for! We do make homemade cornbread dressing, gravy and brandied cranberries. I do English peas from frozen bags. Add some mac and cheese and we are loaded with carbs. Have to have a sweet potato pie and a pecan one. This is a once a year deal and once leftovers are eaten, that's it for big meals. Christmas will be a seafood gumbo, Natchitoches Meat Pie event. Then we go back to quick cooking with everybody rushing about working, going to school and living their life. The instant pot and slow cookers get used a lot.
