They are trying to wish on a fresh wishbone. You have to let it dry out for a few days - at least that's what my dad told me.

I bought a set of these flow blue turkey motif dishes at an auction back in the early 1970s. My mom used to use them at Thanksgiving. When I moved, I kept a few and sold the rest, but I think I'll get one out this year and use it.

What do you put gravy on?

1) turkey
2) mashed potatoes
3) stuffing
4) some combination of those (specify)
5) everything and then some
6) don't eat gravy
