That saying, often used by businesses has surfaced again...

A social housing tenant says the house allocated to her was riddled with mould and the plumbing was not connected.
A spokesperson said the NSW Land and Housing Corporation said - "We take tenant concerns about properties very seriously"
Yet the tenant has had to take the matter to the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

All the business talk that they use when they do something good, bad and when they mess up, just shows it's all just business as usual.

I talked to somebody in the UK a while ago and he told me that he was in a council home where it was damp and moldy. He is elderly and has health problems and no matter how many times he filed a complaint properly, they say all the niceties but never care to move him somewhere better. Illegal immigrants get better treatment than he does.

I laugh when I hear some business saying, "Our Customers are #1" or "Our customers comes first." It's all a pail of bull. It's the money that comes first. In Canada, public relations and public service has gone down the toilet bowl real fast. I'm old enough to remember when a business actually cared for their customers. It's history now! The younger generation doesn't know how bad they have it. Communication with the telephone is a total nightmare. After pushing all those buttons you are put on hold for a long, long time. When you do get a voice it sounds something like English or is it English? Hard to tell! It really "sucks."
