It’s gradually creeping into the shops, I saw a huge display of mince pies yesterday, Christmas cards are appearing and other sneaky little signs, what have you seen advertising the festive season that is still over 3 months away ? 🎄🎅🏼
 

Already seen the whole nine yards at Big Lots of Xmas trees, lights, decorations, etc. right next to the Halloween stuff....thats crazy...it does take away from the Autumn season colors of crimson, golden yellow, maroon, pink coral, orange, not to mention the fake snow covering the fake trees and all the red and green lit up.....a bit much for me way too soon....but that's the retailers for ya....make that money faster and faster each year.....

Wren, you're late. We had the "C" word back in July. All those shopping channels were hawking "Christmas In July" goodies. We now have 24/7 Christmas shopping, Every shopping channel host always mentions that a shop vac makes a great Xmas gift.

Same here...Went into Big Lot and the Fake Christmas trees were in front of the store....But the store has bargains...
I don't go there all the time but we were across the Highway so we went in to Big Lot to see some things we needed...
 
I was in Tuesday Morning the other day and their Christmas stuff was out. I knew I needed a couple new decorations for outside. I looked for some last year in early December and everything was picked over. Sooo, I bought a wreath and a swag that I liked. Seemed way early to do it, but I knew that if I didn't do it then, the things I liked would be gone. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
