The 3 card monte scam

There used to be at least 5 cardboard box scams working the Greyhound Bus Terminal. Some working Penn Station too. NYPD MTS couldn't hook them up because they had lookouts. It got so bad shoppers had to walk in the street to get around these mopes plain clothes street crime had to enroll them in those local classes where report cards were not issued.
