@MACKTEXAS Yes she is, and always so elegant. I really like her. She is such a great actress. One of my favorite with Naomi Watts.
I did like the fashion this year. It was classy, yet sexy without being vulgar or provocative like some of the past dresses we have seen.

My wife likes to watch the awards, so I sat through the first half-hour and then got fed up with all the commercials, so I went back to my office to do some work. I watched the final half-hour, which was full of commercials, too.

It seems like race and gender factor too much into who gets awards these days instead of who was actually "best."

Conan had some good comedy bits, though, and those were the highlights for me. Some of his jokes were controversial, to say the least! I hope he's not getting death threats over them.

I agree with you, @Rossana. Some of the dresses at these awards show are just trashy. Others are classy and gorgeous.

I particularly liked McKenna Grace's dress. (Of course, I don't even know who McKenna Grace is, but this jumped out at me.)

This photo is pretty small; I hope people can see it. I'm in a bit of a rush right now and don't have the time to track down a larger one:

@KSav Yes, these type of dresses are so glamourous. It is like old Hollywood. Like you, I do not know who she is but she certainly dresses well!
There were a few dresses that I liked particularly too because they were unusual. (A mix of material and feathers.)
