It makes sense. Flags here only last a couple of years, and we have an atmosphere to protect them. Of course, we also have wind and rain. I'm assuming that this is just a guess. Certainly they can't get a photo.
 

I am NOT one of them, BUT there are some idiots running around loose that believe the manned moon landings were a hoax.
