I'm way late with this reply (I'm not sure how I miss these things sometimes). I love HD Rum Raisin, but I must confess that their coffee ice cream is my fave. With you on the vanilla, not bean. ;)

It is so easy to miss posts Medusa. There's an awful lot going on around here! :D I've come across replies to me that are months old, then I feel bad because I never want to seem rude and not react or reply to someone. My son brought HD coffee, nut something (maybe with caramel?) and offered me a taste. I tried it...still didn't care for it. We all have different ideas, likes and tastes. That's what makes the world go round.
 
This afternoon, my son, youngest grandson (21) and I watched Project Power on Netflix. I treated us to pizza;. my son treated us to Haagen Daz Raspberry Lemon sorbet, which all three of us have become addicted to. My grandson and I both saw Project Power before and enjoyed watching it again and my son thought it was very good too.

Sounds like a good watch. And lemme just throw in another vote for Haagen Daz Raspberry Lemon Sorbet. Also, I've gotta know; what was on the pizza? Don't leave me hang'n, Diva. 😅

I highly recommend you watch that movie. Dominique Fishback was incredible and Jamie Foxx is always good. He's come a long way from In Living Color! My son and I had plain pizza. My grandson had buffalo wings pizza, which he loves. I may try that next time. We got the pizza from a halal (safe for Muslims to eat) pizza parlor and it was very good. It wasn't too greasy like some pizzas and the crust was just right. You know I wouldn't leave you hanging. :D

The only thing I can remember Jamie Foxx in (off the top of my head) was the movie, Jarhead, which I loved. I'll try to catch this one. Thanks for the delicious-sounding description. :) Sans pork, IMHO, all pizza is good pizza. ;) 🍕

You're welcome, of course. Well, you know we don't eat pork. :) Jamie Foxx won the Best Actor Oscar for his portrayal of Ray Charles in the 2004 film Ray. He's also a recording artist.

they're very kind. They're a family next door, husband and wife are just a little younger than my daughter They're Eastern Europeans who are the tenants of the house next door.. and he lost his dad recently. and their parents live in Romania..
They have a young family... they both work... and at least a couple of times a month they bring me food.. and always if they're having a garden party.. they will bring me whatever they're serving their guests...
