Not wanting to getting political....What party is concerned about people having weapons ?????
The national media will jump on a story in a heart beat.... but if its a gang thug related shooting near a school its big news then left hanging.

From what i have heard, as this happened just a few miles from our house, He had driven more than 40 miles to try and get FEMA assistance. He had weapons in his vehicle... as I have to.... he stated he was hunting for a FEMA agent... and somebody started screaming and he ran...

Ok - so perhaps a misunderstanding. If those who heard him were from areas where people's vehicles rarely carry firearms, it's not hard to imagine perceiving a statement like, "I'm hunting for a FEMA agent" as a threat.
