The end of the daily paper?

We get the wall street journal. I know it is probably expensive….but that paper edition has a ton of in depth reporting in it daily. Nothing online comes even close.
Hope you are paying no more than 24.99! I wouldn't pay any more considering its a Left leaning paper, although the Editorials are right down the middle. That I like. Plus I like the 'Heard it on the street' page.

We have a daily newspaper that is owned by the LEE corp. After getting it delivered each morning 7 days a week it has gone to 3 days a week and it come in the mail which can be anytime from 11 am to 4pm.

And the kicker is the price we pay is still $399 a year?

Should we cancel the paper?
Our city has done away with the paper, put it online. The paper isn't delivered anymore to the doorstep here. Hasn't been for a few years now.

I really miss not having a newspaper. Over my lifetime, I would have breakfast while reading the local paper. I tried the Wall Street Journal, but it was expensive and was not a local paper with local news...alas, I use the internet which is less enjoyable and local news is scattered, not available on one website...what a pain!

At the dentist I found myself reading the paper and appreciating the local stories. Makes me almost wanting to get a paper once in a while. Not every day as they would cost a lot and pile up, but once In a while.
