The fifty "States of America" and their capitals

We had to know every capital when I was in school. I wonder if that still applies........ Some how I don't think so. Some kids probably don't even recognize the map.

I used to know a lot of them back in my school days. They were never the most famous or heavily populated, except in my home state which broke all the rules anyway.. Historically.:ROFLMAO::p

Chillicothe was Ohio's 1st Capital, now it is Columbus.
Where do you live in Ohio? I lived in Mentor and Akron for awhile when I got my first pilot job with Air Wisconsin. AW flew in and out of Akron at the time, but they dropped Cleveland because the gate cost too much, so they went to the Akron-Canton Airport. We flew under the moniker of ā€œUnited Express.ā€ I really enjoyed my time with AW and living in Akron in Manchester. Great people. I got a lot of experience flying in snow.

I have flown over all 50, but never been to all 50. I was in Washington at Sea-Tac Airport and a plane was to fly to Alaska, but no pilot was available the next day, so I had to take that plane down to San Francisco and then over to Anchorage.
