So I'll tell a story.
In the 1960's, my Dad won a $5.00 bet with his co-worker. His pal was a real character and had the 5 dollar bill laminated before he gave it to my father...so it was rendered useless.
Dad thought that was so funny that he kept the laminated 5 in his wallet as a good luck charm. Well, Pop met this guy almost 30 years later at a work function and the guy brought up the story about the bill. Dad said to him, "I'll bet you another 5 I've got that laminated bill on me in my wallet as we speak." His former co-worker was floored when Dad pulled out the bill!
Any random stories of your own you'd like to share on this quiet Sunday morning?
