The IMF or International Monetary fund wants credit score tied to internet browsing history

"Privacy" in today's world is a "myth". Anyone who uses a computer, or smart phone has ton's of personal information floating all over the "cloud". Anytime you do a "search", that topic is shared with thousands of companies, etc., and used for advertising purposes, etc. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that governments also track this data.

Insofar as a Credit Score is concerned, I couldn't care less. The last time we paid a penny in "interest" due to any debt we had, was probably sometime in the 1980's when we made our last house payment. Anything we purchase is either paid in cash, or a check, when a credit card statement, etc. arrives in the mail. My score bounces around between 810 and 825....Whoop De Doo!

I search with DuckDuckGo. And I don’t give a rat’s arse about my credit score because I have no debt. Nor do I have plans to accrue any. But the loss of privacy these days is incredible.

Privacy might be compromised now a days but that doesn't mean someone is entitled to it on a silver platter. Can still minimize or manage privacy intrusions more than many think. It's tough battle but not an unwinnable one.

The privacy doesn't bother me but it does seem like an odd idea.

Many people's spending habits have little or no correlation to their income/assets or their willingness/ability to pay.
